In the UK, she felt like she was "going through the motions" and "surviving" as opposed to living.</p><p>Now, things are different, and the expat has more time and energy to actually enjoy her life.</p><h3></h3><br/><div class="embed-dontmiss"></div><p>"I've got more space, mentally, emotionally and physically," she told her followers. "I see my kids smile more, and I see them more.
