Motorists warned of major delays this week as M25 lanes and A-roads close for repairs ()
<iframe frameborder="0" height="100%" scrolling="no" src="https://www.gbnews.com/res/scraper/embed/?video_url=https%3A%2F%2Fmm-v2.simplestream.com%2Fiframe%2Fplayer.php%3Fkey%3D3Li3Nt2Qs8Ct3Xq9Fi5Uy0Mb2Bj0Qs%26player%3DGB003%26uvid%3D52376375%26type%3Dvod%26viously_id%3DpuB9ps_4Wm2" width="100%"></iframe><br/><p>Drivers have been warned of major roadworks taking place this month, which could lead to extra delays and congestion. </p><p>The warning follows the Government’s £4.8billion investment in the UK's road network, which will impact some of the busiest routes.</p><h3></h3><br/><p>These include enhancement schemes and planned developments, on motorways including the M25 around London and M42 in the Midlands. </p><p>Other improvement works are expected to take place on major A roads such as the A12 in Essex and the A66 trans-Pennine link, which are set to undergo upgrades. </p><p><em><strong>Do you have a story you'd like to share?
