I mean, this is outrageous. I could have beaten them." "I don't have any regrets," he added.</p><p>The remarks were the first ones Biden made since his cancer diagnosis, with his voice sounding hoarse as he spoke to reporters at Veterans Park in Wilmington, Delaware.</p>
